About the Course
This Level 2 Diploma in Care is designed for individuals working across both adult care and healthcare sectors in England. It’s an ideal qualification for adult care workers, healthcare assistants, support workers, and personal assistants looking to formalise their knowledge and skills.
The course equips learners to work with confidence and competence by developing essential skills in communication, person-centred approaches, safeguarding, duty of care, health and wellbeing, and more. Learners also have the opportunity to select optional units that reflect their specific job role and future development goals.
