Conflict management – Management

About the Course

Setting boundaries in the workplace is an integral part of taking care of your physical and emotional well-being and establishing a healthy work-life balance.

Managers are essential for boundary-setting in the workplace, and they have a pivotal role in setting the tone for an effective and secure working environment.

This course will allow managers to gain an understanding of personal and professional boundaries and how they (and staff) can set these in the workplace.
