About the Course
Conflict management in the early years can be very distressing. However, it is important to understand that there are significant reasons why children behave in the way that they do. This course will allow practitioners to understand the conflict in the early years and the underpinnings of neuroscience that can provide comprehension of children’s behaviour.
The course will look at the importance of attachment in the setting and how this can help children to regulate emotions, and how this is the basis of problem-solving. It will also understand some techniques for managing conflict in early years setting.
