THE BEGINNING
Care2Succeed was founded in 2009 as a provider of in-house training for care staff. Initially starting out from the vision of our director and small team of trainers and assessors.
ABOUT US
Our director has since gone on to expand the training expertise; to encompass both the Care and Construction Sectors. Care2Succeed has not only grown with the passion and determination of its learners it now has seen hundreds of learners come through its doors and go on to achieve great careers in these industries.
WHERE ARE WE NOW?
Care2Succeed recently introduced its services to the wider workforce and Commercial clients. Care2Succeeed has established its place in the wider training market, offering training to all those who wish to access learning regardless of their training journey.

And we're not stopping there. Our customer base is fast-growing. We've got a talented team of people working behind-the-scenes to design and deliver next-level solutions for all our customers.

THE TRAINING CENTRE
We offer a range of training courses some of these include First Aid, Fire Safety, Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity and Mental Health Awareness to name a few.
Our training can be offered within our training centre or within the workplace depending on need.
THE ASSESSMENT CENTRE
We offer a range of qualifications covering several sectors.
Our quality and Assessment team supports learners to reach their potential. Assessors meet learners regularly to support achievement. We feel this is a vital part to help learners understand and embed the qualification content into working practice.
THE EDUCATION SERVICE
We recognise that the best place for our children, young people, and adults to be educated is with their peers in mainstream school and other external provisions.
However, as this is not always possible, we offer a comprehensive, alternative education and training programme to service users. This also Learners who may also benefit from support with education and the chance to gain qualifications they may not have had the opportunity to achieve before.
